This project involved a whole yard makeover. The courtyard was built out of all 2×3 foot PA select blue flagstone slabs. A formal waterfall is the central feature, along with a spa that we sunk into the stonework and used natural stone steps for access. Surrounding the property we installed an all black, aluminum, Jerith fence. Custom Stonescaping designed and installed all of the landscaping plantings as well. The front yard needed all new drainage correction, including a swale, dry wells, and underground piping. The driveway was created using Techo-bloc permeable pavers call Permea in shale gray, with a Pietra paver border.
