The focus of this project was to repair the patio and dry creek bed. The paver patio was sunk in due to the previous installer not using the correct base. We removed all the paver blocks, put down a new base and then re-installed the paver patio. The dry creek bed was not installed properly either, it had washed down the hill into a big pile. We put down landscape fabric on the hill and then repositioned the river rocks and boulders securing some of them with rebar. This will carry the water to drain down the hill and flow into the new drains we installed that will redirect the water to different areas of the yard or drains.
